Forgotten Your Password

If you need to reset your password, ask your teacher or Student Services. They will provide you with a new, temporary password. When you log in for the first time with this new password, you will be required to change it.

Your new password needs to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum length: At least 6 characters
• Character types: Must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit (0-9), and one special character (e.g., !, @, #, $).
• Uniqueness: Cannot be any of your last 10 passwords.
• Personal information: Must not contain any part of your name.

Change your Password

To modify your password, log into any computer and then simultaneously press Ctrl + Alt + Del. A menu will appear; select the “Change Password…” option.

Your new password needs to meet the following requirements:
