Network Account Lockouts

If your network account is being repeatedly locked, it’s likely due to an old Wi-Fi password stored on one of your devices. You may have previously attempted to connect to our Wi-Fi networks (WIRELESS-5 or WIRELESS-2.4) using an outdated password.

To resolve this issue, you need to “forget” or remove the saved network credentials for both “WIRELESS-5” and “WIRELESS-2.4” on all your devices (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.).

Instructions for forgetting a network vary depending on the device. You can typically find this option in your device’s Wi-Fi settings. Look for options like “Forget Network,” “Remove Network,” or similar.
